The Best
I am so happy that I found this podcast, and so wish it had been around maybe 10 years ago when I had no clue how to go about being a ‘real artist’. Fantastic food for thought, and goes much deeper than the average podcast for creatives. My new favorite thing to listen to when I’m painting ❤️ Thank you Mr. Pizza, don’t ever stop!

Hi Andy. Just wanted to spill some love for you and The Creative Pep Talk. Since I started listening a couple weeks ago, I’ve become a bit addicted! So much of what you’ve said has made me feel less alone in all that comes with the creative business journey. Always Encouraging
It didn't take long for this podcast to become my go to. Andy is freaking hilarious and I can't help but occasionally burst out in giggles in the middle of my office. The guests that come on always have something incredibly relatable to say and I love how clean the content is. Please keep up the good work!

One of my writing students turned me onto Andy last year and this podcast just gets better and better. Andy's most recent episode with Seth Godin is so inspiring, real, and deep. I've learned so much about marketing, growing your audience, and putting yourself out there in the world.

Helpful for all kinds of artists!
I really enjoy Andy’s funny, thoughtful, random, adhd-riddled discussions on making a career of your art! His personality is so similar to mine, and I enjoy how much he’s thought through these concepts and encourages artists and lays the concepts out in really clear ways. I am a classical singer and find his ideas very applicable. Thanks, Andy, for your podcast! It’s in my top two favorites for encouraging artists, along with Cathy Heller’s podcast!

Best podcast for creative life styles
I’m an architecture student, and even if I’m very interested on illustrations and design i listen this podcast mostly because it has helped me to understand my creative process as an architect, my emotions working on it, my burnouts as no one else has. It has the best tips, the best quotes and the best teacher in that sense. At uni i’m constantly dealing with the idea that we have to be ‘professionals’ but no one teach u how to deal with youself as a creative person first. Andy u are the best for creating this safe space. Thank you

I am sooo glad I found this podcast!!! Andy J. Pizza never fails to deliver valuable insight, entertainment (so many laughs!) and hopefulness in every episode. This podcast is a wonderful listen for any creative person - no matter what stage of their career. HUGE FAN
I’m a BIG fan. I’ve seen some not-so-amazing reviews about the host rambling but he is ADHD and openly admits it. I love that about him. He is a nerd to the maximum capacity and I FREAKING LOVE IT. He makes random jokes and laughs at himself for them. It’s great. Honestly. Highly suggest this podcast.

Keep Digging
This episode really hit the spot I needed. I’m 65 and ...’what’s the use’ is a refrain playing in my head constantly. The story of the brothers search reminded me that I too am on an adventure. I also listened to your interview with Lisa Congdon about women over 50 who have started their lives over, it was fantastic. Thanks for being my weekly pep talk and keep them coming. Also I am waiting with baited breath for next weeks episode of ‘The Curse of Oak Island’...the narration is hysterical.

Genuine and helpful!
This has become one of my favorite podcasts. It's a long walk for a glass of water but it's always a very scenic and informational walk. Great for when I've got some time to really absorb the information. Love his interview style as well!

inspiring and funny and metaphoric
About 3 months ago, I first learned about the land of podcasts. When I asked my artist friends what podcast to listen to, they recommended me to listen to the Creative Pep Talk.
At first, I had to get used to the rapid and energized talking of the host dr. Andy J. Pizza 🍕, but once I got through this, I started to love it. I'm enjoying the tips and insights but most of all; the metaphors that are used. They're often funny and/or clever, and I guess that's why they stick with me. Some subjects tend to come back in new episodes, but usually they're in a different context.
This is the perfect podcast for illustrators and designers when you're in need of some inspiration, motivation, or background stories from the host and the many creatives he interviewed so far.
Great stuff to listen to while working on some new artwork myself 👌🏻

SO INCREDIBLY AWESOME!!!!
This podcast is amazing!!! So much incredible insite and pep! And so many awesome ideas! It has changed my creative career and new fails to inspire me on every level. Not one episode has gone by where I haven't had to pause it to write something down which inspired me! I now have a bulletin board full of Andy J. Pizza quotes. I also laugh out loud while listening and I'm pretty sure my neighbors can hear me, but it's worth it
